Submission Guidelines

The authors are requested to submit their papers in 3000 word limit including notes and references to the Editorial team through e-Mail at We welcome the submissions accompanied by an abstract of about 200 words including key words.

While preparing the articles the authors are adviced to strictly follow the MLA Style Book (Recent edition) to avaoid further delay in publishing their articles. The authors should mention their name, address and affiliation and attach a self-declaration stating that their submission is genuine and not printed in any form elsewhere.

We accept the papers through E-mail submission only. The authors are requested to mail their submissions to:,

We confine to the thorough peer review process. Hence the manuscript or incomplete submissions will not be accepted for publication.

The publication of the papers will be subject to the approval of the editorial board. The authors will be notified as soon as the review process is finished.


Publication Charges:

We do not ask for any fee from authors and scholars who do not have institutional funding or sponsored funding. The authors can publish for free in Scholar Critic Journal.

The authors whose papers are reviewed by the Editorial Board and further recommended for publication will alone be requested to pay the fee towards website maintenance and printing charges provided they have institutional funding/sponsored funding.

Subscription fee details for those who have institutional funding/sponsored funding:

Per Each Submission:
Indian Author: ₹ 1000/- (Online) and ₹ 1500/- (Print)

Foreign Author : $ 75 (Online)

Institutional Subscription:

Per Three Issues:
Institutions (India): ₹ 3000/- (Print)

Institutions (Foreign): $ 150 (Print) excluding the postage charges


We encourage the creative writings and publish on free of cost.

We encourage the articles on Children Literature/Gender/Dalit/Tribal/Minority/Aboriginal/Native Writings and Writings on North-East Studies and, whenever a special issue is announced on these areas, all the qualified articles will be published on free of cost even if those articles are submitted by the authors and the scholars with institutional funding and research funding.
